A Frogging We Will Go!
Croak like a bullfrog; peep like a spring peeper.  Kids will be hopping along with excitement on this frog expedition. Rancocas dragonfly pond and streams are the perfect place to meet these elusive amphibians.

Making Sense of Nature
Children are aware of their five senses at a young age.  Party guests will learn how animal senses are different from ours as they investigate what we see, hear, smell, touch, and taste in nature.

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs
Crawling through the dirt, flying through the air, insects are all around us; we just have to look for them!  Party guests will hit the trails, and may find themselves turning over logs or waving nets through the air in search of insects in each of Rancocas' habitats.

Tri-Habitat Investigation
Butterflies fluttering in the meadow, deer sprinting through the forest, frogs hopping into the stream--we never know who we may find along our trails.  Children will explore three different habitats looking for plants and animals through an interactive hike.

Birds of a Feather
Your own backyard is home to many different types of birds.  Learn all about birds and how to identify species you see everyday.  After we have the basics down, we will take our binoculars and see what we can find in the various Rancocas habitats and along the trails.

Scavenger Treasure Hunt
Finding hidden treasure is always exciting. A series of riddles and clues will send party guests exploring the Rancocas trails.  Along the way, we're sure to discover why the natural world is a special place.

Wilderness Survival
Ever wonder if you could live out in the wild?  Learn some of the skills needed to make it in the great outdoors.

Scales and Tails
Is a snake really slimy? Can a turtle come out of his shell?  Find out when we investigate the scaly world of reptiles.  Party guests will have the chance to get up close and personal with these creatures as they handle our resident reptiles, learning about their unique lifestyles.  Because this program can be done indoors or out, it is a great year-round activity.
